Responsible for marine maintenance customers management in all aspects of account growth including sales strategy development, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, and value communications
Responsible for the effective and profitable conduct of the sales and service function of assigned territory
Responsible for growth of new accounts as well as focus on maintaining existing accounts
Work with current customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs
Interface with the marketing team to drive high value solutions leveraging the company portfolio
What Are We Looking For?
Bachelor's degree or above
2 years and above of working experience in relevant areas are preferred, with customer resources are preferred
Basic English skills are required (CET 6)
Customer and result Oriented
Good communication and Influencing skills
Analysis and judgment ability, learning and adaptation
Highly self-motivated & Team player
Knowledge of protecting paint technology
Project management ability
