You would love our tribe:
If you are a risk-taker, innovator, and fearless problem solver who loves solving challenges of data security, then this is the place for you!
A sneak peek into the role:
Own the backbone of our people function: accurate payroll, compliant processes, streamline data and a smooth employee experience across a multi-country workforce. You will partner closely with Finance on budgets and payouts and bring automation and analytics to how we work. At Lead level, you will also own process and policy governance and guide junior team members.
Here's what you will get to explore:
HR operations: Own end-to-end operations from onboarding to exit (documentation, confirmations, transfers, letters, full-and-final settlements); run the HR Ops helpdesk within agreed SLAs; maintain accurate HRMS and offline data.
Global payroll: Manage monthly payroll for ~300 employees across India, the Middle East and the USA with in-country partners; validate inputs, reconcile with Finance and ensure statutory deductions, filings and year-end processes for each location.
Compensation and benefits: Support salary structures, annual increments, promotions and offer benchmarking; manage mediclaim, insurance and other benefits (renewals, enrolments, claims); review benefits against market practice and cost.
Performance and incentives: Run the performance management cycle operationally; calculate and process variable pay, sales incentives and commission payouts with Finance sign-off.
HR budgeting (AOP): Prepare and track the HR budget / Annual Operating Plan; work with Finance on provisioning, accruals, cost allocation and variance reporting.
Compliance and audit: Ensure statutory and labour-law compliance across locations; manage internal and external audits (statutory, ISO/SOC, customer) through to closure.
Policy and process governance: Draft, update and roll out HR policies and SOPs aligned with local laws; monitor adherence and drive continuous improvement.
HR analytics, MIS and automation: Publish recurring HR MIS (headcount, attrition, payroll cost, leave etc.) and ad hoc reports for leadership; build dashboards; automate manual processes through the HRMS and workflow tools.
Employee relations and engagement: Act as a trusted, confidential point of contact on employee concerns.
Vendor management: Manage HR vendors (payroll partners, insurers, brokers, background verification, HRMS) including SLAs, invoices, renewals and reviews.
Projects: Lead or contribute to HR operations projects such as system rollouts, new-country set-ups and process redesign.
Skills & Experience that we value:
Must-haves
Graduate or postgraduate degree / diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
4–6 years in HR operations, with hands-on payroll, benefits and compliance experience.
Proven experience running payroll for ~300 employees across multiple global locations.
Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance; exposure to Middle East and US practices.
Hands-on HRMS experience (e.g. Darwinbox) and advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, reconciliations).
Experience working with Finance on budgets, accruals and incentive payouts.
Good-to-haves
Experience in a product, SaaS or technology company.
Exposure to ISO / SOC 2 or customer-led audits.
Automation or analytics skills (Power BI, workflow tools, macros).
For Lead level: experience mentoring team members and owning a process area end to end.
Competencies
Accurate, organised and deadline-driven; handles confidential pay and employee data with integrity and discretion.
Analytical, customer-oriented and a clear communicator with employees, leaders and vendors.
Self-driven and resilient under pressure; strong in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with AI tools knowledge (e.g. Claude, Glean) a plus.
Let’s build the future of data security at Seclore together.
