We are seeking a commercially driven Enterprise Growth Associate to identify business opportunities, engage decision-makers, acquire new clients, and contribute directly to our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Generate and qualify leads across relevant industries.
• Identify client needs and position relevant company services.
• Convert prospects into paying clients through effective engagement, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and report on opportunities and revenue generated.
Requirements
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition.
• Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Experience selling professional services, workforce solutions, consulting, or training is an advantage.
Candidates with demonstrable client acquisition and revenue-generation experience will be prioritised.
Engagement Terms
• Work arrangement: 100% remote.
• Compensation: Strictly commission-based.
• Fixed salary: None.
• Earnings: Based on successfully converted business under the agreed commission structure.
