Support procurement activities, including service contracts, maintenance agreements, bulk tenders, and ad-hoc requirements.
Monitor budgets, expenditure, and forecasts for maintenance services, system enhancements, Change Requests, and ad-hoc projects.
Maintain project documentation, including project handbooks, meeting minutes, system records, and operational reports.
Support baseline reviews, compliance activities, and governance processes to ensure effective system management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business IT, or an equivalent discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, systems support, project management, or the maintenance of mission-critical systems.
Experience working with stringent SLAs, preferably in environments with availability targets of 99.9% or higher.
