About the Role
We are looking for an experienced BIM Architect with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and mandatory experience working on US-based projects. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural modeling skills, knowledge of US architectural standards, and the ability to deliver accurate BIM models and construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
Work on US-based architectural projects while following applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
Perform model reviews, identify design inconsistencies, and resolve coordination issues.
Maintain BIM model accuracy and comply with project-specific BIM standards and workflows.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and project teams.
Support the preparation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed documentation as required.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of professional BIM experience in architectural projects.
Mandatory experience working on US-based projects.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM modeling.
Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
Understanding of US architectural standards, codes, and construction practices.
Experience coordinating architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
Knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, and model quality checks.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with international teams.
