🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee investment research strategies aligned with organizational investment objectives.
Analyze financial markets, economic indicators, industry trends, and company performance.
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across relevant sectors and asset classes.
Lead financial modeling, business valuation, forecasting, and investment scenario analysis.
Conduct due diligence and assess investment risks, expected returns, and growth potential.
Monitor market developments, competitor performance, and emerging investment trends.
Prepare investment research reports, valuation assessments, and strategic recommendations.
Develop and maintain research methodologies, analytical frameworks, and investment evaluation models.
Manage and mentor research analysts while ensuring the quality and accuracy of research outputs.
Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Business Development teams.
Present investment findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Monitor investment performance and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and long-term value creation.
✅ Requirements
Proven experience in investment research, financial analysis, equity research, corporate finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial markets, valuation methodologies, and investment principles.
Advanced financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and forecasting capabilities.
Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong research, report-writing, and presentation abilities.
Experience leading research projects or managing analytical teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant financial research tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
CFA, MBA, or other relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
Experience in investment due diligence, portfolio analysis, or strategic investment planning is an added advantage.
