ABOUT THE ROLE
Reports To: Senior VP-HCM Practice
Type: Contractor (option to hire)
Location: Remote/Hybrid, dependent on location. Based anywhere in Canada or the United States. Some travel may be required.
Experience: 5+ years' experience with Dayforce
Salary: $120 - $160 CAD; based on experience

To support our growing HCM function, we are seeking a senior Dayforce Benefits consultant with strong solution implementation experience. The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert on Dayforce Benefits leading full-cycle implementations of the Benefits module. You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal project teams, and technical resources to ensure implementations are delivered on time, on scope, and ensure that OnActuate solutions are implemented effectively.
Occasional travel to client sites may be required in support of business development activities and at industry events. Essential to this role is the ability to work in partnership with our partners, clients, and technical team, to plan and execute successful HCM solution implementations. Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Dayforce Benefits implementations including discovery, configuration, UAT, training, go-live, and support
Work directly with our customers to conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders across HR, Operations, and IT
Configure Dayforce benefit plan and deductions.
Develop and maintain implementation documentation including design specifications, test scripts, and training materials
Deliver end-user and administrator training tailored to client environments
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with support team
Identify and escalate risks or scope changes proactively
Work with our internal teams to enhance current delivery procedures
Work with our internal sales, technical, and delivery teams to deliver on client implementation goals
Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the project to a successful live status

Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Dayforce Benefits implementation experience is essential to success in this role preferably in complex and/or public sector sites.
Demonstrated ability to configure Dayforce Benefits module.
In-depth knowledge of Benefits in Dayforce is required, and experience with other Dayforce modules such as and Core HR, Payroll, and WFM module are assets
Applicable business experience, preferred (HR, payroll, or general business) is an asset
Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions Strong understanding of workforce management principles and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fully remote setting
Dayforce certification in Benefits an asset
