Product Director

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, user-focused Product Director to lead product strategy, roadmap execution, UI/UX optimization, and feature releases across digital products and web applications. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, enhance user experience, and ensure successful product development and market growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and prioritize product feature backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning schedules.
Monitor product KPIs, including active users, retention rates, conversion rates, drop-off funnels, and user feedback, to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure effective product development and successful sprint delivery.
Lead user research, usability testing, and competitive product benchmarking to inform product decisions.
Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept development and ideation to launch and regional market expansion.
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Oversee product roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and release management.
Drive continuous product improvement through data analysis, user insights, and market trends.
Ensure product features meet quality standards, business requirements, and user expectations.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly, and competitive digital products.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in senior product management or product leadership roles.
Proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing successful web or mobile software products.
Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and the full product lifecycle.
Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, sprint planning, and backlog management.
Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, user research, and usability testing.
Proficiency in product analytics, KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to translate business objectives and user needs into effective product strategies and actionable requirements.
