Job Description
Role Summary
 Senior CRM Developer supporting Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
delivery.
 Reports to Technology Lead.
 Acts as technical contributor and mentor for junior developers.
Mandatory Experience
 10 - 12 years CRM development experience.
 10+ years Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
 10+ years C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5 and RESTful services experience.
 Azure DevOps mandatory.
 API integration experience mandatory.
 Exposure to AI technologies required.
Preferred Experience
 Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
 Azure, Power Platform, PCF Controls, JSON, TypeScript, Power BI and SSIS exposure.
 Experience in distributed global teams.
Screening Criteria
 Demonstrated technical depth with live examples.
 Agile and iterative delivery experience.
 Cross-functional collaboration capability.
 Communication and stakeholder management.
 Mentoring and leadership capability.
Reject Criteria
 No API experience.
 Only low-code/no-code CRM background.
 Inability to demonstrate required development expertise.
 No AI technology exposure.
 Unable to provide relevant delivery examples.
