We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team! You will work closely with different departments to analyze performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business efficiency and growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor business performance and key metrics.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Use statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
• Maintain and optimize databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
• Automate recurring reports and data processes to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Validate data quality, investigate discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on data analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
✅ Requirements
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis functions.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, querying, and database management.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Good understanding of statistics, data trends, and performance measurement.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data-driven decision-making is an advantage.
