About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries and service requests.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
Meet performance targets related to call handling, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
Requirements
Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in customer service or voice-based support can apply.
Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
Customer-focused attitude with patience and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools is an advantage.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
