Google Ads Expert - Local Service Lead Gen

We are a small paid ads agency. We run Google Ads for local service businesses: garage doors, appliance repair, cleaning, hvac, detailing, home inspections and similar trades.
We are hiring one person to take over a group of these accounts and run them alone.
This is not a training role. You will own accounts from week one, so we need someone who has already done this job.
THE JOB
You can do everything needed to run and grow Google Ads for local service businesses, start to finish, on your own.
HOW YOU THINK
- You think like the buyer. What did this person type, what did they want, are they ready to pay?
- When cost goes up, you keep digging until you know why.
- You care about booked jobs more than clicks.
- You look past the ad: the landing page, whether the phone got answered, how good the leads were.
- You stay calm. Three bad days is no reason to rebuild a campaign.
- Every change you make has a reason you can write in one line.
EXPERIENCE
- You have worked at or with an agency.
- You have managed several client accounts at the same time, in different industries, for at least one year.
- You made the decisions on those accounts yourself. Nobody handed you a task list.
AI
We run most of our work through AI agents, every day. "I use ChatGPT sometimes" is not enough here.
- You already use AI agents in your daily work.
- You can hand an agent a job, check what comes back and fix it.
- You have built your own agents, skills or workflows for work you repeat.
- You never pass on AI output you have not checked.
HOW YOU WORK
- Full-time, and this is your only job.
- You follow written instructions exactly, and ask clear questions when something is unclear.
- You write short, clear updates in English.
- You log every change you make.
DETAILS
Location: Remote
Hours: Flexible. We agree on them together.
Pay: BDT 30,000 to 45,000 per month, based on experience. We are flexible for the right person. It depends on your experience and what you bring to the table.
