WE ARE HIRING – APPROVAL ENGINEER
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Approval Engineer for our Building Planning & Approval Consultancy office in Coimbatore.
Position: Approval Engineer – AutoCAD / TNCDBR / Single Window Portal
Required Experience:
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Building Plan / Layout Approval drawings in Tamil Nadu.
Candidate must have strong working knowledge of:
• AutoCAD 2D
• TNCDBR 2019 and subsequent amendments
• Tamil Nadu Single Window Portal / Online PPA
• Scrutiny drawings and prescribed CAD layering
• Building Plan Approval drawings
• Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional buildings
• Apartments and Multi-storeyed / High-rise buildings
• Layout, Subdivision and Site Approval drawings
• FSI, Plot Coverage, Setbacks, Parking and Building Height calculations
• Road-width and access requirements
• Scrutiny query correction and revised drawing preparation
• Reading FMB, TSLR, Patta and approved layout documents
The candidate should be capable of independently scrutinising a proposal as per applicable rules and preparing approval-ready drawings.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil / Diploma Civil Engineering
Location: Coimbatore
Candidates having actual experience handling files before DTCP / Coimbatore Corporation / other Local Planning Authorities will be preferred.
