🔬 Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality management systems.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and applicable industry requirements.
Oversee HACCP, GMP, and quality assurance procedures.
Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential food safety hazards.
Investigate customer complaints, non-conformities, and quality issues, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor production processes, sanitation practices, and product quality to ensure consistency and safety.
Coordinate staff training on food hygiene, food safety procedures, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate documentation, audit records, and compliance reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality assurance systems, and food manufacturing or handling practices.
Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, or other relevant food safety standards.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct audits, assess risks, and manage corrective actions effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
