The Role
Product Photography & Videography: Shoot high-definition, engaging content featuring our cosmetic products
End-to-End Video Editing: Independently cut, color-grade, and edit raw footage into polished, high-quality, ready-to-post videos
Application Demos: Record smooth, close-up video tutorials applying false lashes and press-on nails on yourself (for modeling lashes, showing the full face is not necessary, eye-closeups are enough)
Hand Modeling: Serve as the on-camera hand & eye model to showcase nail products, glues, and final looks
Platform Editing: Format and edit raw footage specifically for TikTok and Instagram Reels, utilizing trending audio, pacing, and text features
Requirements
Platform Fluency: Deep, daily familiarity with Instagram and TikTok. You must know what hooks an audience, and how to leverage current trends to drive engagement
Language Proficiency: Fluent in written English and Bahasa Indonesia (both formal and bahasa gaul)
Equipment: Must own and shoot on an iPhone 13 or newer/better to guarantee crisp, 4K/HD content
Beauty Skills: Flawless, steady-handed ability to apply false lashes and press-on nails on-camera
Photogenic Hands: Must have highly aesthetic, well-groomed hands and nail beds suitable for extreme close-up beauty shots
Lighting Mastery: Knows how to use natural sunlight or ring lights
Editing Independence: Must be completely self-sufficient in producing finished videos using modern mobile editing apps
How to Apply
Portfolio: Submit a link to your active Instagram and TikTok profiles, plus a Google Drive showcasing past beauty content, product shots, and videos you have filmed and edited yourself
Hand Check: Submit a raw, unedited 5-10 second video showing both of your hands (front and back) under good lighting
Eye Check: Submit 2-3 of your cutest selfies (photos or videos)
