Ingresar diariamente las guías aéreas en el sistema. Registrar a diario la información de las tarjetas de control de tiempo en la computadora. Gestionar paquetes con pago contra entrega (D/T) e informar a los clientes sobre el pago. Recopilar información para diversos informes de la empresa. Atender llamadas telefónicas, transferirlas y tomar mensajes según sea necesario. Preparar la documentación para los paquetes de salida (guías aéreas, apartados postales y direcciones). Asistir a los clientes respondiendo preguntas sobre las características básicas del servicio. Realizar diversas tareas de mecanografía, archivo y secretaría. Organizar y actualizar los archivos de la estación.
Diploma de escuela preparatoria o equivalente. Experiencia previa en tareas administrativas, incluyendo mecanografía (25/35 palabras por minuto), ingreso de datos y/o habilidades generales de oficina. Buenas habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales. Voz clara y dicción precisa. Capacidad para levantar 70 libras y manipular paquetes individuales de hasta 150 libras utilizando el equipo adecuado.
