一、岗位概述
负责登记工单/票单的流程更进、日常文档归档整理，协助供应商管理的基础支持工作。
二、岗位职责
1. 工单 / 票单跟进
登记各类设施报修、服务请求工单（报修、巡检、维保、物资需求等）；
更新工单进度跟踪，确保工单按时闭环；
对超期、异常或反复出现的工单及时上报主管，并记录原因。
2. 文档归档
负责文档的收集、分类、编号与归档（包括但不限于工单记录、供应商资料等）；
维护文档台账，确保资料完整、可查、可追溯；
协助完成月度 / 季度资料的整理与移交。
3. 协助日常运营
协助对接供应商的基础沟通（如供协助安排进场、协调作业时间等）；
协助跟踪部分供应商服务质量与履约情况，对不符合项提出整改要求并反馈主管；
协助整理供应商服务记录、费用单据与考核资料。
4. 其他临时任务
完成上级交办的其他行政与设施管理相关临时工作。
三、任职要求
本科学历
经验 1年以上行政、设施管理、物业或客户服务相关经验
具有一定的文档编写与台账管理能力。
沟通能力强，有服务意识
