Role Description The Junior AI Engineer will support the design, development, and deployment of AI agents and workflows for client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and testing machine learning and neural network models, working on natural language processing features, and contributing to software components that integrate AI systems with existing business infrastructure.
The role involves collaborating with senior engineers to refine models, analyze performance, and participate in code reviews and documentation. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Haldwani, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and version control tools.
Knowledge of Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with experience implementing or experimenting with machine learning models.
Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and familiarity with modern LLMs or related frameworks.
Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in AI (such as Python), and experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to analyze data, debug issues, and communicate technical findings clearly within a multidisciplinary team.
Interest in applied AI, workflow automation, and building production-ready solutions for real business environments.
