Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating visual assets for events, digital media, presentations, and marketing materials. Core responsibilities include assisting with concept development, designing layouts and graphics for print and digital channels, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with content and events teams, preparing files for production, and iterating on feedback to refine designs. The Junior Graphic Designer will also help maintain an organized asset library and stay updated on design trends relevant to the company’s work.
Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print assets.
Ability to create and refine Logo Design and Branding elements that align with brand identity.
Understanding of Typography and its application in layouts, presentations, and event collateral.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and an eye for visual storytelling.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks.
Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
