Product Marketing & UI Designer
We're looking for a Product Marketing & UI Designer who can own both the story and the screen for our products. This person will craft positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narratives while also designing the interfaces customers actually use moving fluidly between writing a launch brief and shaping a user flow. AI tools are a core part of how this role works day to day: used to prototype interfaces quickly and to speed up research, drafting, and content work. Just as important is communication range, this person needs to flex tone, depth, and format for very different audiences, from an engineering handoff or a leadership review internally, to customers, partners, and external channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Positioning, Messaging & Go-to-Market
◦ Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for products/features, and keep them consistent across every customer-facing surface.
◦ Plan and execute go-to-market launches in partnership with Product,Engineering,
Marketing, timelines, launch assets, and success metrics.
◦ Build sales enablement material (battle cards, pitch decks, FAQs, one-pagers) and brief internal stakeholders on new launches.
◦ Own external communication for launches — website copy, blogs, email campaigns, social messaging.
◦ Run competitive and market research to sharpen positioning, and feed customer/market insight back into the product roadmap.
• UI Design & Prototyping
◦ Own UI design for web and app products from wireframes and low-fidelity concepts through to final, developer-ready screens.
◦ Use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to rapidly generate concepts, explore variations, and validate ideas before committing to high fidelity design.
◦ Build and maintain a consistent design system/component library across the product portfolio.
◦ Run and incorporate usability feedback, iterating designs based on user testing and analytics.
• Cross-Functional Communication
◦ Adapt communication for the audience in the room — crisp executive summaries for leadership, detailed specs and redlines for engineering, accessible messaging for external customers and partners.
◦ Use AI tools to move faster across both design prototyping and content/copy drafting, without compromising quality or brand consistency.
◦ Present design and messaging decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, internal and external.
Requirements
• 3–6 years of experience spanning product marketing and/or UI design, ideally in B2B or B2B2C SaaS/tech (a strong background in one with working proficiency in the other is fine).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for prototyping (e.g., AI-assisted design/mockup tools) and for accelerating research, drafting, or content work.
• Proven ability to adapt communication style, tone, and depth for different stakeholders — technical teams and leadership internally; customers, partners, and press externally.
• Strong portfolio or work samples showing both shipped UI work and marketing/launch content.
• Proficiency with a design tool such as Figma (or equivalent), and strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable owning a narrative or a screen end-to-end, from a one-line summary to a full launch deck or a polished interface.
Nice to Have
• Experience designing for multilingual or multi-market audiences.
• Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS) to design realistically for implementation.
• Prior experience in a category-defining or fast-scaling product environment.
