Role Description-
As an iOS Development Intern at JobSealer.com, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of iOS application features that bring our AI career co-pilot to mobile users. In this full-time remote role, you will assist in implementing user interfaces, integrating APIs, and writing clean, testable code under the guidance of senior developers. You will participate in code reviews, debug and resolve issues, and help optimize performance and usability across different iOS devices. Your day-to-day work will include collaborating with product, design, and QA team members, documenting technical work, and contributing ideas to enhance the mobile experience for job seekers worldwide. You may also help with prototyping new features and conducting basic user testing to improve functionality and reliability.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to troubleshoot issues, interpret user feedback, and optimize app performance.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with remote, cross-functional teams and documenting technical work.
Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including familiarity with iOS frameworks, Xcode, and mobile app architecture.
Candidates should possess Programming skills, ideally in Swift (and optionally Objective-C), along with basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and version control (e.g., Git).
Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Sales or product thinking, including user-centric design and aligning features with business goals.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to learn quickly, work independently in a remote environment, and manage tasks in a fast-paced startup setting.
Familiarity with Agile development practices, unit testing, and app store deployment processes is a plus.
