Role Description The Academic Consultant at ONE STOCK ACADEMY is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The individual in this position will guide learners through academic programs, provide one-on-one and group coaching, and support their progress in stock market and financial education. Daily responsibilities include advising prospective learners on suitable courses, conducting academic counseling sessions, and clarifying concepts related to the curriculum. The Academic Consultant will collaborate with the education team to refine course content, collect feedback, and contribute to improvement of teaching materials and methods. The role also involves coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes and a positive learner experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal explanations and professional written correspondence.
Background in Education or training, with experience in academic counseling, teaching, or curriculum support.
Consulting and Coaching skills to assess learner needs, provide guidance, and support academic and career goals.
Sales and advisory skills to present programs effectively, handle queries, and support enrollment decisions.
Understanding of stock markets, investing, or related financial domains (formal qualification or practical experience preferred).
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong interpersonal skills, ethical conduct, and a learner-focused mindset.
