Principal For Management department

We are seeking an accomplished, visionary, and dynamic Principal for our Management College to lead academic excellence, institutional growth, faculty development, and industry collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and ensure the overall development of the institution.
Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and quality assurance.
Lead faculty recruitment, development, mentoring, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements, including AICTE/UGC and university norms, as applicable.
Strengthen industry partnerships, corporate relations, placements, and research initiatives.
Promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and student development.
Manage institutional administration, budgeting, and academic operations.
Drive accreditation, rankings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Ph.D. in Management or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 20+ years of professional experience in academics, preferably in higher education and management institutions.
Proven leadership experience in a senior academic or administrative role.
Strong knowledge of academic governance, accreditation, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A demonstrated track record of institutional development and academic excellence.
