Security Operations & IT Analyst | US work hours | Gurgaon based (Hyrbid/ remote role)

We are hiring a Security Operations & IT Analyst in Gurgaon, India. You will be required to monitor our security tools, investigate and fix threats, enforce data protection policy, and run day-to-day IT support. You will work with our US colleagues to provide 24/7 coverage: you cover a 12-hour window and the US team covers the rest.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid/remote, with a minimum of one day per week in the Gurugram office.
Working Hours: Must be able to work US hours or a shift starting between 3:00–4:00 PM IST and extending until midnight IST to ensure some overlap with US working hours.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on SOC analyst experience, ideally at a startup. This is not an entry-level role.
• Working knowledge of endpoint detection (CrowdStrike or similar), device management (Jamf or similar) and AWS log monitoring.
• IT administration skills: SSO, MFA, and user account provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Willingness to carry on-call duty, including weekends and holidays.
• Calm, quick judgement under pressure; strong written and verbal communication.
• Preferred: DLP tooling experience; exposure to SOC 2 audits; certifications such as Security+, CySA+ or GCIH.
