Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing the local business operations aligned with Amica Senior Lifestyles’ standards and values. The individual in this role will provide strategic leadership, manage day-to-day operational performance, and ensure that services meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include setting business goals, guiding financial planning and budgeting, monitoring occupancy and revenue, and supporting the development of marketing and community outreach initiatives. The Owner will oversee staff performance, foster an inclusive and respectful workplace culture, and collaborate with care and hospitality teams to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction. Regular coordination with corporate leadership and local partners will be required to support sustainable growth and uphold the brand’s premium senior living experience.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business ownership, general management, or senior leadership roles, ideally within hospitality, healthcare, or senior living sectors.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
Proven skills in operations management, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
Ability to lead and develop diverse teams, promote a respectful and inclusive work environment, and handle conflict resolution effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging residents, families, team members, and community stakeholders.
Experience in local market development, relationship-building with external partners, and supporting marketing or outreach efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, healthcare administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an asset.
Knowledge of senior care services, resident-centered approaches, and a strong commitment to enhancing quality of life for older adults.
Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs within a fast-paced environment.
