Director, Biometrics Strategy and Business Development

We are seeking a commercially driven leader to accelerate revenue growth and strategic partnerships across biometrics services in the life sciences industry. In this role, you will lead business development initiatives spanning biostatistics, statistical programming, clinical data management, and analytics solutions. You will build relationships with biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations, guide complex sales opportunities, and develop strategies that align client needs with differentiated service offerings. Working closely with delivery, product, finance, legal, and account management teams, you will help shape go-to-market approaches and commercially sound partnerships. This position is ideal for a strategic, consultative leader who combines deep industry knowledge with executive-level communication and a proven ability to close complex deals. You will play a key role in expanding client relationships and supporting innovation in clinical development.
