Who you are：
To handle complex orders of customized products with sufficient technical knowledge in a project-based working context.
About the job：
Take over inquiry from sales company and make quotation on time.
To receive and review customer orders, clarify supply scope/delivery schedule or special requirement.
Order registration in the ERP system.
Respond order confirmation with validated price and delivery date.
To contact sales company/customer for making shipping preparation per contract articles.
Coordinate shipping issues and assist Finance to issue invoice after delivered.
To prepare monthly report and maintain/analysis sales data.
Deal with claims from customers timely and efficient.
To act as technical specialist for the department to other stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, or other departments.
What you know：
Knowledge and skills:
· Bachelor or above degree.
· 3 years and above working experience in foreign owned enterprises is preferred.
· Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
· Well-developed commercial understanding with knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.
· Highly developed analytical skills with demonstrable creative problem-solving experience.
· Project management experience is preferred.
· Excellent Communication Skills – logical and organized (in both Chinese & English).
· Ability to relate from the shop floor to the executive levels.

· Strong learning ability and highly initiative.
