STP/ETP Installation, Testing & Commissioning Engineer

Netsol Water Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled, professional, and well-presented STP/ETP Installation, Testing & Commissioning Engineer to join our Projects Team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and successful handover of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) to customers.
The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the confidence to interact directly with customers and represent the company professionally at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the installation, testing, and commissioning of STP and ETP plants at customer sites.
Supervise the installation of pumps, blowers, motors, piping, valves, electrical panels, and other plant equipment.
Conduct trial runs, performance checks, and operational testing to ensure the plant functions as per design specifications.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
Interact directly with customers, provide technical explanations, and address site-related queries.
Coordinate and complete project handovers to customers, ensuring all agreed deliverables are fulfilled.
Explain plant operation, maintenance procedures, and safety requirements to the customer's technical team.
Prepare and submit commissioning reports, site visit reports, checklists, and handover documents.
Coordinate with internal project, service, and engineering teams to ensure timely project completion.
Ensure compliance with site safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
Candidate Requirements
3–4 years of relevant experience in the installation, testing, and commissioning of STP and ETP plants.
Candidate should preferably be based in Delhi NCR, particularly Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, or Gurugram.
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering will be preferred.
Good technical knowledge of pumps, blowers, motors, piping systems, valves, and electrical control panels.
Strong customer-handling, communication, and coordination skills.
Well-groomed, presentable, professional, and confident when dealing with customers.
Ability to independently manage site activities and complete project handovers.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000, depending on experience and technical skills.
Conveyance: Extra.
Other Official Expenses: Reimbursed as per company policy.
