Role Description The MES Developer will design, develop, and maintain Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions that support production operations at the Delhi, India facility. This full-time, on-site role involves collaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams to analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement back-end services and integrations with shop-floor equipment and enterprise systems. Daily responsibilities include developing and optimizing MES workflows, writing and reviewing code, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring data integrity and system performance. The role also includes documenting technical designs, supporting deployments, and contributing to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through software enhancements.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and integration with enterprise systems.
Experience or strong interest in MES, manufacturing systems, or industrial automation is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to analyze complex technical problems, propose solutions, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with version control systems, software development lifecycle practices, and basic security principles.
Good written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work on-site in Delhi, India on a full-time basis.
