JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation: Manager/ Sr. Manager – Sales
Reporting To: GM – Sales & Marketing
Qualifications:
B.E. or DME with a Management Degree in Marketing.
Experience:
6–10 years of experience in the non-ferrous metals industry, preferably in copper, brass, aluminium, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and achieve annual and monthly sales targets and budgets, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
Monitor finished goods inventory to improve stock turnover and minimize non-moving stock.
Ensure timely receipt of conversion materials and settlement of shortages or excess quantities.
Monitor customer credit limits and credit periods, ensuring timely collections and controlled outstanding balances.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Godown teams to ensure timely dispatches.
Develop new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, provide after-sales service, update customer data, and monitor competitors' activities, new products, and market trends.
