Jewelry Designer

We're hiring a Jewellery Designer who can independently take a concept from hand sketch through CAD modelling to a final photorealistic render, using both traditional and AI-assisted tools.
Key Responsibilities
● Sketch original designs from client briefs and trends
● Build 3D CAD models with accurate metal/stone specs
● Produce photorealistic renders for approvals and marketing
● Use AI tools to speed up concepting and iteration
● Coordinate with production/casting for manufacturability
● Prepare technical spec sheets and manage revisions
Required Tools & Skills
● Sketching: Hand sketching, Procreate / Adobe Fresco
● CAD: Rhino 3D (with jewellery plugins), Matrix, 3Design
● Rendering: KeyShot (primary), V-Ray (a plus)
● AI Tools: Midjourney / Adobe Firefly for concepting, Photoshop Generative Fill for render touch-ups, ChatGPT/Claude for trend research & specs
● Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop for presentations and spec sheets
Qualifications
● Diploma/Degree in Jewellery Design (NIFT, IIGJ, GIA or equivalent) preferred
● 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a jewellery brand, export house, or design studio
● Strong portfolio showing full sketch-to-render workflow
