Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Design (Fresher) role based in Jaipur. The Graphic Designer will support the marketing and operations teams by creating visual materials for digital and print channels, including social media posts, brochures, presentations, and website assets. Daily responsibilities include developing logos and brand elements, designing layouts that align with brand guidelines, and editing images to enhance visual quality. The role also involves collaborating with team members to understand design requirements, translating concepts into clear visual communication, and preparing files for production or online use. The Graphic Designer is expected to maintain consistency in branding across all materials while learning and adapting to feedback to improve design outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing and clear layouts.
Skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain consistent visual identities for the company and its services.
Proficiency in Image Editing using common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).
Basic knowledge of visual communication principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
Ability to follow brand guidelines, take constructive feedback, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple design tasks.
Relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; internship or project experience is an advantage.
Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and trends, and build a career in graphic design within the immigration consulting sector.
