Job Role:
Strong knowledge and minimum one year experience in claims submission, reconciliation processes.
Coordinate with internal departments and insurance payers to ensure timely claim submission and reconciliation.
Build and maintain effective relationships with payers and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate smooth reconciliation activities and improve claim efficiency.
Analyze claim discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions to reduce claim rejections.
Prepare reconciliation reports and ensure timely closure of recon closure with the payer and internal stakeholders.
Monthly MIS reports.
Skills Required:
Pro in MS Excel and Power BI
Excellent communication skill both verbal & written.
Data Analytics
