Oversee daily gardening and landscaping operations, ensuring all tasks are executed with meticulous care, eco-friendly practices, and in strict alignment with property standards.
Lead and mentor the landscaping team, ensuring the safe and professional use of all tools and equipment, while supervising their proper storage and maintenance post-use.
Inspect work areas upon task completion to guarantee cleanliness and safety, while proactively identifying, reporting, or resolving any potential hazards.
Assist in operational planning, task delegation, and on-the-job training to consistently maintain the highest level of landscape quality.
