Field Service Manager | Heavy Industry | Home Based - UK
Due to an internal promotion we have an opportunity to join an expanding global engineering organisation as a Field Service Manager, responsible for supporting field-based engineers operating across multiple sites.
This role sits within a heavy industry environment involving large-scale equipment, complex engineering projects and safety-critical operations. We are looking for an experienced engineering leader with a strong Health & Safety background and a proven track record managing field-based engineering teams across multiple locations.
Key Requirements
• Experience leading Field Service Engineers, Site Engineers or Commissioning Engineers
• Proven multi-site engineering management experience
• Background within heavy industry, capital equipment, industrial plant or large-scale engineering projects
• Strong Health & Safety leadership experience
• IOSH, NEBOSH and RAMS
• Experience managing geographically dispersed engineering teams
• Strong operational planning, coordination and resource management skills
• Home-based with travel to sites as required
The successful individual will provide leadership, support and operational oversight to a team of field-based engineers, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance and service delivery are maintained across all activities.
