📢 WE’RE HIRING | 3D ANIMATION SPECIALIST
We are looking for a skilled 3D Animation Specialist with strong expertise in character animation, visual storytelling, and cinematic scene production.
Our focus is on creating high-quality animated content featuring expressive characters, fluid movements, consistent visuals, and professional cinematic presentation.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Animate expressive characters with believable body movements, facial expressions, gestures, and emotional reactions.
- Create high-quality dialogue animation and accurate lip-sync.
- Work with character rigs, environments, props, camera movements, and scene composition.
- Handle lighting, materials, rendering, and visual continuity across scenes.
- Use storyboards and shot planning to translate scripts into compelling animated sequences.
- Refine animation timing, movement, transitions, and details to achieve polished results.
- Maintain consistent character appearance and visual quality throughout production.
🛠️ Required Tools & Technical Skills
- Blender: Character animation, rigging, scene creation, lighting, and rendering.
- Maya / 3ds Max: Experience is a plus.
- DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro: Basic editing and scene assembly.
- Adobe After Effects: Compositing and visual effects.
- Familiarity with Mixamo, motion capture, or other animation workflows is an advantage.

- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating actual animation work.
- Excellent understanding of character acting, timing, spacing, weight, and movement.
- Ability to create visually consistent scenes with professional-quality output.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous refinement.
- Experience delivering complete animated sequences, rather than just static 3D models.
