Graphic Designer

Role Description The Graphic Designer role at WebWorks Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for social media campaigns, websites, apps, and digital marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Day-to-day responsibilities include designing logos and brand assets, selecting typography, developing graphics for various digital platforms, and collaborating with marketing, web development, and content teams. The Graphic Designer will also prepare design files for production, refine concepts based on feedback, and maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and an ability to contribute creative ideas in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and brand-focused work.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing visual identities and brand guidelines.
Proficiency in Typography and layout design for web, app, and social media assets.
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience in digital marketing or social media design and familiarity with current design trends is an advantage.
