Program Description The Data Analyst Traineeship is a remote role focused on supporting data-driven decision-making for MedTourEasy’s healthcare initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, performing basic data analysis, and assisting in building simple data models and reports. The trainee will help prepare visualizations and summaries to communicate insights to internal stakeholders, contribute to ongoing analytical projects, and document methods and findings clearly. This traineeship offers practical experience in applying analytical techniques within the healthcare domain while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a structured, learning-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and basic Data Modeling concepts.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining data findings to non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and at least one data analysis tool or language (such as SQL, Python, or R) is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and follow structured guidance.
Current enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
Interest in healthcare analytics and willingness to learn new tools, methodologies, and industry practices.
