Role Description The Recruiting Intern role at Weskill is a remote internship focused on supporting talent acquisition and candidate management activities. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process. The intern may help schedule and conduct initial interviews under guidance, maintain candidate databases, and support the onboarding and training coordination for selected participants. This role also involves collaborating with the team to improve recruitment processes and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
Qualifications
Strong interest and foundational skills in Recruiting and Hiring.
Ability to support Interviewing processes and candidate assessment.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Interest or experience in Training and supporting candidate onboarding.
Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and timelines.
Comfort working remotely with basic proficiency in online collaboration tools.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and a learner mindset in a fast-paced environment.
