D-Mentors Dance Company is looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new opportunities, convert enquiries into student enrollments, and help grow our business. You'll build strong customer relationships and play a key role in the company's expansion.
🎯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
→ Generate and qualify new business opportunities
→ Convert enquiries into student enrollments
→ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
→ Identify opportunities to grow the business and expand our customer base
→ Plan and execute business development initiatives to achieve growth targets
→ Manage lead follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records
→ Work towards monthly sales and revenue goals
→ Represent the company professionally while delivering an excellent customer experience

→ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
