Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Intern to support the sales team in customer handling, vehicle demonstrations, lead generation, and sales activities. The intern will gain practical experience in automobile sales, customer relationship management, and dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the sales team in attending to walk-in customers and understanding their requirements.
2. Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and offers to customers.
3. Coordinate and assist with vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
4. Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
5. Support lead generation, sales conversions, and customer relationship management.
6. Maintain customer records and update sales reports in the CRM system.
7. Assist in showroom operations, promotional activities, and sales campaigns.
8. Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Skills Required
