Aeronautical Engineering & Research Organisation (AERO) was established on March 2008. Registered as Charitable Trust vide Registration No. F-9150/20/10/2003 under Society Registration Act 1860 (Rule 21 of 1860 Act).
Aeronautical Engineering & Research Organisation Scholarship – Common Entrance Test (AERO-CET) is aimed at extending financial support in the form of Scholarship to meritorious students for various Technical programs in Aviation like Defence Technology, Space Technology, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Avionics and Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and Non – Technical programs like – B.Sc. in Aviation, Hospitality, and Travel Tourism, Diploma in Cabin Crew/ Air Hostess, Diploma in Aviation Management & Diploma in Airport & Ground Staff Training .
AERO–CET is aimed at providing a single platform for Eligibility Test as well as Scholarship for all students for various Aviation Courses offered by the participating Institutes of AERO-CET 2026. We offer a great opportunity to earn scholarships.
Role Description
Establish and maintain strong relationships with aviation/aerospace/aeronautical/defence industry recruiters to facilitate placements for our students in technical roles, aligning with students' career interests.
Guide students through the job search process, offering assistance with resume writing, interview techniques, and job referrals.
Schedule and follow up on student interviews with potential employers.
Stay updated on job opportunities by maintaining connections with professionals from various airlines and aviation companies.
Provide counseling, career guidance, and skill enhancement to improve students employability.
Organize guest lectures, training programs, and internships to further student development and industry readiness.
Develop and execute comprehensive placement strategies to meet institutional and student goals.
Conduct recruitment surveys and gather feedback to improve placement processes.
Coordinate all placement-related activities and maintain a resume bank of students.
Interact with previous recruiters to explore repeat placement opportunities.
Attend seminars and training sessions to enhance professional development and industry knowledge.
Perform additional duties related to placement as required.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Campus Placement coordination and College Recruiting, including experience managing placement drives and employer partnerships.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with students, faculty, and industry stakeholders.
Candidates should possess expertise in Training and Soft Skills development, including conducting workshops on interviews, group discussions, professional etiquette, and career readiness.
Relevant experience in academic institutions, corporate HR, talent acquisition, or career services is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and planning abilities, proficiency with MS Office and online communication tools, and the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously are expected.
Knowledge of aviation, engineering, or allied technical fields and prior experience with technical or professional institutes will be an added advantage.
