Maintenance Fitter

Nexband Renewables is looking for a skilled and experienced Plant Fitter / Maintenance Fitter to join our Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) plant operations team. If you have hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and a passion for renewable energy, we would love to hear from you!
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Carry out mechanical fitting, equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain and repair pumps, biogas compressors, agitators, conveyors, screw presses, H₂S scrubbers, and decanters.
Perform compressor overhauling and rotating equipment alignment.
Maintain maintenance logbooks, checklists, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
Coordinate with electrical and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable plant operations.
Support troubleshooting activities and minimize equipment downtime.
✅ Required Skills
Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance in process plants.
Hands-on experience with rotating equipment and industrial machinery.
Preference for candidates from CBG, biogas, waste-to-energy, distillery, or chemical plants.
Ability to work in shifts and respond effectively to maintenance requirements.
A disciplined, safety-conscious, and team-oriented approach.
