At Synapse, we’re fueling digital transformation for global data-driven enterprises. We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer II to design, build, and operate our Network AIOps platform and telemetry integration pipelines.
📍 Location: India (Remote)

🔧 Role: Full-time Individual Contributor
⚙️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
• Build Telemetry Pipelines: Ingest, normalize, and enrich network data (logs, metrics, SNMP, streaming telemetry) into our AIOps platform.
• Drive Platform Reliability: Develop automated workflows, diagnostics, and root-cause capabilities to reduce operational noise and accelerate incident response.
• Integrate Ecosystems: Connect network hardware, firewalls, cloud environments, and ITSM/monitoring tools via APIs and IaC.
• Collaborate & Support: Work alongside SRE, Network, and Infrastructure teams to maintain platform health and support production workflows.
🔍 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
• Experience: 5+ years in software, platform, or systems engineering.
• Core Tech: Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid background in networking fundamentals (routing, firewalls, load balancing) and observability data.
• Cloud & Data: Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, and streaming data/APIs.
• Preferred Pluses: Prior experience with AIOps tools, Terraform, or ML-assisted anomaly detection.
