Gemini Enterprise FDE Trainer (Google Cloud)

About the role
We're looking for an experienced Google Cloud practitioner to train and mentor the next wave of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) on Gemini Enterprise. You'll lead intensive classroom programs and assess hands-on capstone work, helping engineers go from concepts to production-ready agentic solutions.
This is a long-term assignment with an immediate start.
What you'll do
• Deliver intensive 5-day classroom training sessions on Gemini Enterprise and agentic AI architectures
• Review and evaluate capstone project submissions, giving clear, actionable technical feedback
• Explain real-world implementation patterns for RAG, multi-agent systems and secure integrations
• Guide participants through hands-on labs and troubleshoot their builds
• Help refine course content based on learner outcomes and feedback
Required expertise
• Gemini Enterprise
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
• Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)
• LangGraph
• Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures
• OAuth implementations
• OpenSpec and OpenAPI specifications
Nice to have
• Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer (PMLE) certification
• Agentic Architect certification
• Prior experience as a technical trainer, instructor or bootcamp mentor
• Hands-on delivery of GenAI projects for enterprise clients
Who you are
• [X]+ years in cloud, AI/ML or software engineering
• Comfortable in front of a classroom and able to simplify complex topics
• Strong reviewer who can assess code and architecture quickly and fairly
• Based in India and available to start right
