Product Manager

About The Role
We're hiring a proactive, analytical Product Manager to plan, design, and deliver product features for our software products. You'll work closely with design, development, and QA teams to turn ideas into structured, user-friendly features that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to product planning and maintain roadmaps and feature priorities
Design features, including functionality, workflows, user journeys, and dependencies
Write requirements, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Work with UI/UX designers on wireframes, layouts, and user flows
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes by value, impact, feasibility, and effort
Break features into tasks, track development, and validate them with QA
Plan releases and manage timelines and dependencies
Maintain product documentation and process flows
Analyze feedback and industry trends to recommend improvements
What We're Looking For
1–3 years in product management, product/business analysis, or a similar IT role
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and sprint planning
Knowledge of user stories, specs, workflows, and UI/UX principles
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with Jira, Figma, or Confluence is a plus
Good To Have
Any ug or pg in technical background or related field with product experience
A product-oriented mindset and ownership of features from concept to release
