About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and execution-focused professional to support the growth and day-to-day operations of Statiq's fleet charging business in Hyderabad. This role will focus on onboarding and activating fleet operators, managing relationships with key fleet accounts, and ensuring seamless charging operations for commercial EV customers. Track onboarding progress, fleet activation status, charging activity, and pending operational issues through structured reports and trackers.
Maintain accurate customer records, operational data, and CRM updates to ensure effective account management.
Identify opportunities to improve fleet engagement, charging utilisation, and operational efficiency.
Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at expanding Statiq's fleet charging network and strengthening customer relationships.
