Quality Assurance Specialist

Role Description:
This role is responsible for leading and managing all quality assurance and control activities within the manufacturing plant. This role ensures that stamping and fabrications parts meet or exceed customer expectations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The individual will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to implement quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure zero-defect delivery.
Functional Skills:
Strong understanding of Stamping and Fabrications.
Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans, and Core Quality Tools.
At least 3 years of direct customer quality handling and demonstrable experience with export customers.
Knowledge of root cause analysis tools and statistical quality techniques.

Defect rate (Defects per batch)
First-pass yield (FPY)
Customer complaint reduction
Supplier quality performance
Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reduction
Audit compliance (IATF, customer audits, etc.
