About the Role:
We are a growing balcony grill and safety solutions business. We are looking for a data driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take end to end ownership of our paid acquisition channels (Meta & Google) and lead integration funnels.
You will not be responsible for sales or organic social media posting. Your sole objective is setting up high converting ad campaigns, integrating tracking and WhatsApp webhooks, and optimizing for qualified customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns targeting homeowners and residential societies.
- Configure and maintain tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, and conversion events.
- Configure webhooks to route ad leads seamlessly into our WhatsApp CRM and alert our sales team in real time.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Monitor search intent keywords for local Google Search campaigns.
- Provide weekly reporting on spend, lead volume, CPL, and conversion quality.
Requirements:
- Proven track record running profitable lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience with webhook integrations (Zapier, Make.com, or direct API webhooks) and WhatsApp CRMs (e.g., Wati, Interakt, AiSensy).
- Solid grasp of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and pixel troubleshooting.
- Analytical mindset focused on lead quality and ROAS, not vanity metrics.
