HVM Production Supervisor (Tainan)

Core Responsibilities
Timely monitor production line status (equipment utilization, WIP level, etc.) and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve optimal production performance (output, cycle time, etc.).
Analyze production-related data and dynamically develop and adjust strategies to ensure achievement of production KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including workload reduction, lost time minimization, RPT and OI scheduling optimization, and Q-time control enhancement.
Establish and optimize process management projects to ensure operational stability and sustainable long-term performance.
Lead abnormal issue analysis and drive improvement actions, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively against defined timelines.
Demonstrate strong data analysis and interpretation capability, along with proven ability in team building, mentoring, and coaching.
Production Operations & Execution
Lead a team of operators to maintain strong manufacturing discipline and ensure stable daily production operations.
Execute production plans based on priorities and adjust dynamically according to real-time shop floor conditions.
Monitor hourly output (Hourly Moves) and performance against targets, and take timely corrective actions to close gaps.
Make data-driven decisions to ensure achievement of output, cycle time, and overall operational efficiency targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Maintain close communication and collaboration with Equipment, Process, Engineering, and Planning teams.
Coordinate cross-area resources to optimize tool loading and manage process time window constraints.
Drive cross-functional solutions to enhance overall production and fab performance.
People Leadership & Development
Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance capability and engagement.
Ensure team alignment with production goals and strengthen accountability and execution.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure all operations comply with company quality standards, manufacturing requirements, and procedures.
Promote a “Safety First” culture and ensure full adherence to all safety protocols.
Enforce operational discipline to minimize risk and ensure consistent execution.
Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost competitiveness.
Systematically improve process capability and reduce manufacturing cost.
Establish and refine process management mechanisms to sustain and scale improvement outcomes.
AI Relevant Job Responsibilities:
Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
